o,
This is commonly seen in uncircumcised men. Such pain can occur from small injury, friction from tight clothing, excessive washing, or sexual activity. Poor hygiene or reaction to condoms, certain soaps, or detergents can cause this too. The glans (tip) may appear red, sore, or slightly swollen.
You are advised to maintain good hygiene, avoid wearing tight clothing, and wear soft breathable clothes. Use a mild herbal soap for cleaning your private parts, be gentle. Avoid aggressive sex and avoid oral sex because your penile area is sensitive. It can also occur due to
sexually transmitted disease, if you are sexually active with different partners. Get STD test done at the earliest.
If report is positive you will require to take antibiotics and antivirals. Get
urinalysis (R/E& C/S) done to rule out UTI. If it is UTI, you will have to take antibiotics. If symptoms worsen, get clinically examined by a
urologist, it may be due to
prostatitis or
referred pain.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
