What Could Cause Severe Vomiting And Diarrhoea When Having A History Of Pancreatitis?

4 days ago I woke up with an upset stomach and vomited for a good 5 minutes straight. I decided not to attend class and stay in bed. The next 2 days the vomiting came for frequently and my stomach ache became increasingly uncomfortable. Yesterday I began to have diarrhea as well, and could no longer keep down not only solids but liquids as well. I drank 4 ounces of water (half of an 8oz bottle) and threw it up within minutes, and haven t had much luck keeping liquids down since. 90% of the times I ve vomited, it was yellow and tasted horrible. I think it s stomach acid? Also I feel as though I should be more specific on the diarrhea... The closest ive had to a bowel movement in the past 24-36 hours is constant wet farts. Sorry, but thats my best way to put it. Its literally just like farting out very small amounts of yellowish diarrhea...but frequently. At least twice an hour, today. I managed to eat a sandwich and threw it up 20-30 minutes later. So I haven t kept food down for the last 2 days. Oh, and this is what is the weirdest to me because I ve never had this before....but every time for about 10-15 minutes before and after I vomit my stomach makes very loud noises. But it seems like a bunch of different noises coming from different places, just all around my belly. I honestly cant think how to describe it better, as I ve never experienced it before. I had pancreatitis about a year ago, but other than that I haven t had any digestive issues since, other than the occasional upset stomach or diarrhea, but nothing like this...
