What Could Cause Sharp Pain Near Appendices?

My father is 52 yrs old he has under gone heart operation Angioplasty... Now he is complaining sharp pain near appendices area we had done all the test... and every thing seem to be normal but their is a mild infiltration in liver... And he consume Alcohol every evening..Please suggest???

*Sharp pain near appendix area has many reasons ( like ureteric stone,
terminal ileitis, caecitis & many more ) apart from inflammation
of appendix.( be sure Angioplasty has nothing to do with this pain )
*Kindly provide details necessary for us to correlate all the data for your
perfect guidance dear.
- intensity , duration , frequency , radiation of pain
- associated symptoms like nausea, vomiting, fever, altered bowel
movements , dysuria , back ache
- scanned copies of all reports done
- list of all current medications going on
