What Could Cause Small Cyst Like Lumps On Arms Of A Child?

My 23 year old son has developed small 'csyt-like' lumps on both arms- two are on one armjust below the elbow area on forearm, one is one the other arm on the inside upper arm just above the elbow. They are not visible but can be felt, seem about 1/4" or a bit larger and hard, roundish. He had me feel these as he was heading to the airport from St Louis back to his job in Florida. Any idea what would cause this?

Hi
If the lump is movable soft and painless it could be a lipoma. If lipoma there is no need to worry.Lipomas are removed for cosmetic reasons and for histological typing. But it is better to have a physical examination and get an opinion from a general surgeon. He might excise one and do a histology examination for confirmation.Hope this may help you
thanks
