What Could Cause Smelly Urine In A 2 Years Old Child?

my 2 year old is holding his bowel movements i ve noticed they now smell really bad when he goes and his urine smells fishy. He drinks plenty of fluids and eats a very healty diet lots of fruit and veg and no junk or added sugar. what could be causing this?

Hi, this could be urinary tract infection, do a urine routine microscopy and urine culture and sensitivity. Ultrasound KUB for retention of urine. If anything comes positive, then antibiotics need to be started.
