What Could Cause Sore Abdomen And Back?

Hi my lower bottom right and left side of my back has been sore now for a couple years. I ve seen doctors and had blood urine test to check my kidneys and they all came back fine. I was wondering what it could be. Muscle? It s sore now but when you rub or push in on the area it sends a shooting pain. Any ideas?

As a first line management, you can take analgesics like Paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief. If symptoms persist better to consult an orthopaedician and plan for an MRI scan.
