What Could Cause Sore Throat?

small red bumps - resembling bug bites - randomly on my daughter s body - and she has a sore throat - is it related? - The bites seem to be multiplying but it is not chicken pox and she is up to date on all immunizations. The bumps are small and only slightly itchy

Hi might be viral rashes. Don't worry. It's because of viral throat infection. It's self limiting. It can be treated with antihistamines tablets. Consult with the doctor and get evaluated. Hope my answers have helped you. Thanks.
