What Could Cause Sores On The Legs Along With Nausea And Diarrhea?

I have some bumps or rather sores on my legs and am nauseated and have had diarrhea today and now am starting to have chest pain but have been worked up for chest pain int the past and just take nitro for coronary vasospasms. I mainly feel really nauseated but dont seem to have a fever and I am immunosupressed any ideas could I maybe just have a slight infection going on

Hi,

Bumps may be due to utricaria or folliculitis or boils, etc. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Is it itching? Flat topped? Pus filled? scaly? Redness present? Induration? Use tablet Atarax 25 twice a day for five days in case if you have itching. Also possible that it may be hand foot mouth disease, etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Please take medication for chest pain, get it done coronary angiogram to localize the lesion. Please consult your dermatologist/cardiologist they will examine and treat you accordingly.
