hi, doc i have a problem ....during wash room , sperm coming with urine before the urine and some time with urine....
after urine i feel leg pain... weakness and feel thick urine with sperm, kindly tell me something for my problem.

common causes of semen in urine are an enlarged prostate, retrograde ejaculation, or if semen is left over in the urethra from previous intercourse or masturbation.
if you are experiencing every time the same problem of urine mixing with semen then you need to visit a urologist and examine your genital area .
