What Could Cause Stomach Cramps, Back Pain, Feeling Of Vomiting With Loud Bubble Noises From Stomach?
lately I ve been having some real bad stomach cramps and back pain sometimes it gets to the point where I can t sleep at night I can taste food sometimes and I have been feeling like I have to vomit but nothing comes out plus the fact that I can t hear the loud bubbles noises coming from my stomach all night and sometimes when I try to eat in the morning or evening I feel like its going to come back up what s wrong with me , I don t think I m pregnant even tho I did have unprotected sex then a day after my period came on and ever since it went off I have been feeling like this everyday
The stomach cramps with back pain and feeling of vomiting with loud bubbles noise from stomach indicate indigestion with gastritis from various reasons as GI infection, chronic gastritis with or without an ulcer.
Though primary work-up is mandatory in terms of upper GI endoscopy for evaluation of possible GERD, best management at home can be figured out with
- food preferences to avoid spices, non-veg
- elevation of the foot end of bed around 20-30 degrees when sleeping
- workups every day
- control of blood sugar, body weight
- avoid stress, anxiety
- avoid smoking, alcohol if consuming
- consumption of antacid as ranitidine.
