What Could Cause Stomach Pain?

My five year old has been complaining of a belly ache for days now. No diahrea or vomitting, and no constipation. What could cause it? He sleeps all night, no problems, after breakfast, he complains and after school in the afternoon he complains. I don't know what to do.

Hi...abdominal pain at this age without diarrhoea or constipation can occur due to gastritis or it can also occur because of parasitic infestation. I think you should give deworming agent like albendazole 400 mg single dose for deworming.
