What Could Cause Stomach Pain?

i m having svere pain in my stomach from last one week.. my ultrasound report was normal.. unable to understand ehy i am having too much pain in my stomach.. my age is 23 and have one daughter

I really appreciate your concern, most of the time abdominal pain could be due to colic and it may not be detected in ultrasonography some time it could be nonspecific, such pain can be managed with Tab Dicyclomine with Acetaminophen as per needed, it may not be serious condition, so no need to worry about this, and hope this information helps.
