What Could Cause Stomach Spasms Followed By Bubbles In Lung And Under The Ribs?

hi i am 24 year old man yesterday had stomach spasms all day. Today they have gone. Now i have what feels like bubbles escaping my lung at bottom of my left rib its also the side my spasms were on. I have lost apetite but still get hungry. My stools are always runny and i go at least twice daily. My stomach is tender to touch and the bubbles are really uncomfortable. Cancer runs in my family please help thanks David l

Hi thanks for asking question.
Noted you have stomach pain with spasm and tender to touch...
You have not mentioned which cancer running in your family...

Here possibility is of bacterial gastroenteritis or viral flu....
Take oflixacin plus ornidazole antibiotic for 5 days..
Drink more water.
Avoid excess spicy food.
Excess tea and coffee avoided.
Take hot water early in morning.

If pain reffered to back and continuous possibility of gastric ulcer is also there.
Pentoprazole taken for eat....
Heavy meals avoided for few days....

If still symptoms increasing then USG or endoscopy might needed.
