What Could Cause Stomach Upset, Dehydration With Vomiting?

My roommates came home sick one day. I got what they had and now my husband. It doesn't last long, Its mostly a very bad upset stomach, kinda feel dehydrated, cant keep anything down, cant seem to eat anything, my husband says he cant really think straight...we all have had the flue shot. We have no idea what it is we. Do you have any ideas?

Lansoprazole intake will not result in acid reflux. The various underlying reasons of associated stress, anxiety, hormonal, the imbalance has to be worked out herewith.
