What Could Cause Stomach Upset?

Good evening Doctor,

My main issue is i'm having weakness,tired as my stomach always upset,sometimes if the food not to my stomach i need to vomit it.Been a hassle as i don't know what to eat,eating chocolate stuffs,meat,dairy products i need to vomit.Always having neck pain,head pain !

hello
you are most probably suffering from GERD i.e gastro esophageal reflux disease . You need to visit a gastroentrologist who would perform a few lab tests and clinical assessment and will prescribe you the required treatment
