What Could Cause String Of Lumps From Hip Bone To Pelvic Bone?

Hi there, I am a 25 year old healthy female. For the last couple years I have had a "string" of lumps on my left side(very close to my hip bone) that start at the top of my hip bone and go down to my pelvic bone. I went in when I first felt them and my doctor told me I was too skinny and I was feeling my organs. I am 5'1 and 105 lbs so I don't consider myself skinny. Recently these bumps have become harder and are causing my a lot of discomfort. I feel pressure on my pelvic bone and lower back. I also have cramps all the time. The only relief I get is by laying on my side. I am worried something I wrong but I'm afraid my doctor won't do anything about it.. Again.

What is the consistency and size of these lumps. Most probably these are inguinal lymph nodes. These are reservoir for our fluids and some time becomes bigger. Are your lumps are in groin region. Are they hurt when you press them. If you are very scare than you can get fnac. This is a needle test, and results are out in a day.
