What Could Cause Sudden Chills, Shivering Followed By Vomiting Watery, Light Yellow Liquid?

Hi, I woke up with chills and pretty severe shivering that weren't bad at first but got worse after drinking water. I vomited once but drank water afterwards and shortly (20-30 minutes) vomited again. On the last hack a tiny bit of red was visable in the watery, light-yellow vomit (no red in first vomit). I have no fever and otherwise no symptoms I can tell.
