Geriatrics Specialist 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. Possible gastritis or anginal pain.
2. For safety purpose, get an ECG and stress test done. Early morning gastritis can vomiting leading onto dehydration, dizziness and fatigue. Take more fluids along with pantoprazole.
3. Continue medications for a month. Also get a lipid profile done. Avoid stress, spicy or sour diet. Need reports for further opinion.
Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
