What Could Cause Sudden Tender Calf, Fatigue And Low Grade Fever?

I noticed tenderness on the front of my calf while shaving this morning. As I continued to get ready I started feeling weak and lethargic. I am now running a low grade fever, 100.7, and feel terrible. I am 43 and have a family history of DVT. Could I wait until Monday to see my GP or is this something that I should have checked out sooner?
