What Could Cause Sweating, Lack Of Births Accompanied By Bowel And Vomiting?

i took head bath today. while having bath suddenly I felt heavily dizzy, sweating profusely, lack of breaths. I came out of bath and I vomitted and passed bowel. After vomiting I felt much better. I dont know the reason this happened. Is this something serious?

with regards to your symptoms , they may be related with low blood pressure after bath.
I would like to advice take plenty of water and please consult a physician.
