What Could Cause Swollen Cubical Nodes?

I have swollen cubical nodes and I recently went to the Doctor and found out that I have an infection in my arm it was really swollen and went down into my hand they put me on antibiotics the swelling has gone down except on my cubical nodes it s a little bigger than a grape size not painful but why is it still swollen but everything else is ok
