What Could Cause Swollen Lower Abdomen, Weaker Orgasms And Frequent Urination?

I have a swelling in my right side lower abdomen. I first noticed about a year ago. There is no pain, except an occasional dull ache. My orgasms have gotten weaker, and I precum more. There isn't a build up the way there used to be, and rather than ejaculatory contractions being strong, an eruption when I orgasm, it just kind of weakly contracts. Instead of "shooting", semen just kind of dribbles out, making the orgasm less intense and less pleasurable. I urinate much more frequently, and bladder and sphincter control are also weaker. All of these areas effected were noticed when, or shortly after noticing the abdominal swelling.
