What Could Cause The Pain On Left Side Of Stomach Like Between Hip And Pelvic Bone With Dark Stools ?

Hi I have a question. On Fri my stomach hurt so bad I couldn t move the paint as on left side like between hip n pelvic bone. I went to bathroom n literally thought I was going to die. But then I was fine. Since then my stools have been dark lost black and greenish. And I have not had anything to eat that would cause that. Please help

Hi..dark black stools signify internal upper gi tract bleeding... better show to a gastro specialist for an endoscopy and further management... till then start a ppi...
