What Could Cause Tingling In Right Jaw, Twitching Eye, Numbness In Face In Right Side?

I'm 23 years old female and in the last couple of hours been slowly experiencing tingling in my right jaw and right eye was twitching. just as of late can't move my jaw . there's no pain just numbness but it's traveling through that side of my face . I haven't taken any medicine nor changed my diet. Please help

I really appreciate your concern, the given history by you is very typical sign and symptoms of never inflammation particularly of facial nerve and this may be facial palsy, but to confirmed this some associated history is not given here that is since how long you did have this symptoms, do you have any difficulty in swallowing, if this is not just happening to you and having no such associated symptoms then o need to worry about this this could be functional symptoms only, take care and have nice day.
