What Could Cause Tongue Discomfort Feeling?

I have been feeling like there s something stuck in the back of my tongue, for 3 days, but I checked and there s nothing there. Plus, I don t know if there s any connection between the 2 symptoms, but I have been bruising easily or even just seeing bruises under my skin, mostly in my legs, for no reason at all. I remember once a vein popped in my leg, about 3 weeks ago, right above the foot area, and it hurt a lot, but then it turned purple and blue and yellow and it was gone. I m really worried about this, please help.

Hi.
Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
Noted your history of the feeling of something stuck in the back of the tongue, bruises on the legs as described by you.

The causes of your feeling can be related to this:
There can be a hematoma at the back of the tongue.
Another reasons are, actual foreign body granuloma
Cancer or thyroid.
Enlargement of the lingual tonsils.

The easiest way to confirm is:
Pharyngoscopy and biopsy if required.
This will give the diagnosis and the plan for further treatment.
