What Could Cause Watery Bowel Movement?

I had a watery bowel movement the other morning. When I when to clean up there was a string/ribbon like thing hanging from my rectum, it was about 2 feet in length, and it was the color of my fecal matter. I thought it was a tapeworm, however all the pictures on the internet have been white. For the past year I have been having constant stomach trouble: gallbladder removal, H. poleri, and now they are saying that I have IBS. Could it have been a tapeworm all along?

As you mentioned you have problem of watery stool with strings that may be because of parasitic infection like giardia or other reasons..
Stool sample test is helpful for further diagnosis..
Consult a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis.
