Hello,

Where is the location of the spot? Is it at the eyelashes or around the eyebrows or scalp?

It may be due to folliculitis or boil or blepharitis etc.

Blurred vision may be due to cataract or retinal degeneration or vitreous opacity or retinopathy etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

Please consult your ophthalmologist he will examine your eye and fundus then treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
