What Could Chest Pain, Post Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting Suggest?

I had CABG 3 months before, till now it is paining, left side of ny chest there is a pain on skin, It can not touch even, during bathing water also sensetional for me, Now a days I am sitting behind motorcylc some jurking I am facing. What is the problem of this pain?
