Psychologist 's  Response
Hello,

I had gone through the case and found that it might be sciatica or disc prolapse or herniation of disc.

So go for MRI of lower back and get the correct diagnosis.

Meanwhile take rest and mild painkiller with muscle relaxant gel for application.

Avoid bending forward and long time sitting and standing in the one position.

Hope my answer will be effective for you.

Thanks
