What Could Clear Liquid Discharge After Urinating Indicate?

Okay so im a guy and I've had this problem since pre puberty and it happens every time I pee and when I'm finished this clear liquid comes out. It's definitely not urine as ( as weird as it sounds) does not smell like urine. I just see all these people so quick and I'm waiting for this liquid to finish.
