What Could Constant Body Chillness In Elderly Suggest?

my husband has a problem, He is 89 in good health but lately he is cold all of the time inside of his body and wears several sweaters and a leather jacket and hat in the house and heat in the cars Tests by our doctors have been normal and we are awaiting more to go thru.

This problem might be due to some chronic urinary tract infection and some prostate problem.
Go for urine check up.
After report go for treatment accordingly.
