What Could Constipation With Abdominal Pain Suggest?

I got a weird experience when it so cold due to air condition. I feel uncomfortable at my inguinal or lower part of the abdomen. Then when I check at my underwear I have a blood spot. I'm 24 years old. 5' tall and 120 lbs. Haven't got a serious illness before, but I'm also usually having a constipation.
