What Could Continuous Tapping Sound In Ears And Neck Pain Indicate?

age 35 wt 122 height 5 7 Can t sleep due to a constant morse code like tapping from both ears. A pulsing feeling also occurs. I find relief when I lay on my back, but I soon begin to feel pressured pain on the back of my neck. This has been going on for three days. How can I relieve this discomfort?

you have to get all tested. first and foremost mention hearing loss if any and if yes then an audio gram , next a cervical spine X-ray and may require a MRI internal auditory Meatus
