Hello!

Thank you for the query.

If you do not have any abdominal pain, cramping, nausea, weight loss, blood in stool, mucus in stool, constipation, diarrhea, weakness, low hemoglobin level, most likely what you are able to see it the regular intestines or stomach work.
Especially if you are thin person, in some parts of abdomen, intestines are under the abdominal wall, so you can hear them or even palpate them.
Sometimes such symptom can indicate increased gas production due to bacterial infection. That is why you may try probiotic intake.

Hope this will help.
Regards.
