What Could Decreased Heart Rate Indicate When Already Suffering From Anxiety Disorder?
Hi, I have anxiety disorder. recently my heart has been slowing down when i stand and when i walk too fast. It makes me feel like i have a tight band around my ribs and feel really tired afterwards. it started out with pressure in the back of the head for about a week then i tried going out after not going out for 5 months and i had to come back home. since then my heart gets slow when i stand up. Is this normal? I dont want to die. Im only 23 but i dont exercise much. I usually spend my day on the laptop
Hi, Thanks for your query. I went through your symptom and can feel the agony. You must go for treadmill testing and see whether there is any effect on ECG. If positive then treatment will be required... And one more thing.....try to distract yourself of the above symptom.... There is nothing like 'to die'..... and if at all you have some cardiac problem , most of them are treatable these days...
Best wishes
