Trouble breathing For the last four years once in a while I have been having hard time breathing enough air to get a full breath. The only time that it starts is when I'm frighten or upset and sometimes if im stress. Ever since it's been going on im usually good at controlling it. I have talk to my family members but they told me it's nothing as for me I am concern because it has been going on for a long time. A friend of my uncle that I'm close with she thinks that it might be possible a panic attacks not sure how really it could be or not.
