What Could Discharge From Penis After Sexual Intercourse Mean?

I want to visit my husband for sixteen days after I left, he called me after two week that is having discharge in his penis and I have not slept with any other man for ten years accept him. He also ask me if I was cheating on him. we both leave apart from each other but I went to visit him after 22 months that we last meet and I also had irratation and iching on my virgana when I got back and never bother until today that he ask me if I was cheating on him.

Thanks for writing to HCM

Both of you are suffering form infection.Infection can spread from one partner to other,it is normal.
Discharge,Itching may be due to UTI(Urinary tract infection) or STD(sexually transmitted disease).
Both of you need investigation like routine hemogram,RBS,LFT,RFT,Urine RE/ME,Urine culture and sensitivity,Screening for STD,ultrasound of abdomen.
Further investigations can be done if needed.
Proper treatment depend upon clinical finding and investigation reports.
Both of you need simultaneous treatment.
