What Could Discomfort In Stomach And Back After Partial Recovery From Constipation Suggest?

I believe I was constipated for a few days. I drank prune juice, increased my fiber, as well eating a non fatty diet.
I have been able to go to the bathroom and the discomfort has decreased. Is it normal to still have discomfort in my stomach and middle right part of my back still? I am not sure if this was constipation, a stomach virus, or something else that I should consult with my PCP about? Thank you...
