What Could Dizziness, Heaviness In Stomach With Vomiting Sensation Mean?

Hello, this just recently started happening to me, I feel dizzy and my stomach feels so heavy, they both contract together and makes me warm up and turn ice cold again, I feel like vomiting too, its like my vomit is stuck in my throat.. what illness is this?? Can you please tell me what to do....

you mostl likely have acid peptic disease in which patient usually feel full stomach nausea and check burning and sometimes headache.
take frequent small meals and use milk and yogurt
