Hi,

The combination of symptoms you have could be from allergic with secondary bacterial origin or viral, affecting your ear, nose, throat, giving complex of typical ENT infection. Swelling of eye can be possible self passage of pathogen by touch. Though bacterial infection manifests with excess coloured (green or yellow, thick white) secretions from nose, throat or eyes.

As you don't mention it, I would suggest to go through a physical examination and blood counts, culture swab testing from the throat to pin-point the pathogen followed by specific medication. Suitable eye drops, vapor inhalation, saline gargles as home care would help. Please consult an ENT specialist.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
