What Could Dysentery, Indigestion, Stomachache After Prolonged Outside Food Intake Indicate?

Hello doctor, im 33 yr old. Recently (6 months) i ate hotel food contineously (Thrice a week). Past one month im getting stomach problem. After taken hotel food (Even good restaurant) the next day morning stomach getting pain, discentry & digestion problem. Am i become a normal after one week only (Contineous one week i have taken only curd rice). Pl, suggest & advise for further

Noted the history and understood the concerns.
Since you have been taking food for a long time from outside you must also be drinking water in such restaurant.
Henc the most probable causes are as follows for your stomach problems:
Intestinal infection.
Intolerance to the outside food due to the low quality spices and materials which do not suit your intestines.
This can be diagnosed by the following ways:
Get the stool test done for three consecutive days to see if there is an intestinal infection and if present get a course of an antibiotic active against intestinal infection, metronidazole and probiotics.
Also identify the foods and beverages that increase your symptoms asn stop these altogether.
Also get the tests of blood and ultrasonography to get any additional information so that an appropriate management can be done.
Prevention is the best policy in such cases.
