Hi,

It could be anaemia because you are having delayed periods. Excessive weight loss commonly occurs due to hyperthyroidism (overactive thyroid).

Weight loss can also occur due to developing malignancy(cancer), untreated viral infections like HPV, HIV/AIDS or even Diabetes Mellitus.

Visit ER, get physically examined, get all investigations done to get evaluated & treated at the earliest.

In the meantime maintain a healthy lifestyle, stay away from addictions if any, do regular exercises, take green leafy veggies, fruits & berries rich in iron.

Take mineral supplements along with your regular diet.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
