What Could Excessive Diarrhea With Abdominal Pain Indicate?

For the last two weeks I have had bouts of diarrhea, nausea, fever, loss of appetite, and extreme dizziness. I have also had a lot of pain in my right flank area with pain radiating into my lower right abdominal quad. I have checked my urine, it is clear. CT stone protocol shows no stones. I have extreme fatigue, also.

Weather your stool associated with blood or mucous??? How many episodes your passing in a day??? is it watery in consistency??

Possibility of shigella, salmonella infection, e coli

Amoebiasis, giardiasis,

Other causes cholecystitis, appendicitis, diverticulitis, viral gastroenteritis. PMS.

Take Paracetamol thrice a day with Oflox ornidazole twice a day for 1week.
Probiotics are helpful.

If symptoms not improved consult your doctor.
