What Could Extreme Dizziness And Nausea In A Male Indicate?

MY husband is extremely dizzy and can barely stand up w/out almost falling over. Web Md gave me about 20 possibilities that it could be. Is there any way of narrowing it down a bit? And b4 he fell asleep, he said he was very nauseated. Sorry, no money at this time, cannot pay. Cancel request. Thank you anyway.

Dizziness along with nausea in a patient without any major chronic illness arises mostly from eye or ear problems.
Get him examined/ investigated by a ENT / eye specialist., to find the specific cause.
