What Could Fainting After Sustaining An Injury On Forehead Indicate?

dr. i have an injury on my forehead beside eye it is around 7 cm cut i got stiches over there,it was a deep cut till the bone , there is pain in head on te center of the head (looking from the top, between the hairs) when i change my position i loose consiousness

Please upload a digital photograph of the affected so I may give you a better opinion on your question. Losing consciousness is not a normal thing and that could be from several problems but one would be complications from a traumatic brain injury which should be diagnosed as soon as possible given the type of injury you had. I advise you be seen by a doctor though you were only recently stitched.
