What Could Fatigue Sinus Issues & Sore Throat Suggest In Elderly?

Hi I am a 61 years old woman in good shape. The last 3 days, I have a lot of lint pain, skin sensitivity, fatigue and headache from sinus problems and also started to have a sore throat today. I am active doing Zumba 3 to 4 times a week. Can you tell me what you think?

Your list of symptoms suggest to me that you may have an allergy problem. Allergies will cause post nasal drip sore throat itching and fatigue.
