What Could Flap Of Skin Hanging Over Molars With White Puss Bump With No Help From Antibiotics Suggest?

I have a 23 month old i noticed a flap of skin hanging over one of his molars i took him to the dentist they seen no cavity or anything wrong with the tooth its over. He was still prescribed Amoxicillin its been ovee two weeks its still there the medicine is gone as of today it looks like a white puss bump has formed as od today from the hanging skin im now worried thinking i should seek my pediatric doctor now.

thanks for your question. yes indeed its becoming organised absecss. since antibiotics have not helped please consult you pediatrichian and child might need surgical procedure along with intravenous antibiotics.
