What Could Fluttering Pain In Chest With Burps Suggest?

Hello, my 14-year-old daughter is experiencing a strange feeling in her chest.She says it feels sort of like a fluttering , or like she needs to burp but can t. She also says she can feel her heartbeat/the feeling in the chest after running.I have tried giving her tablets and Eno to make her burp and stop bloating, but to no effect.

Thanks for your question on HCM.
Rapid heart rate cause fluttering feeling in chest.
And in young individuals the common causes for rapid heart rate are
1. Arrhythmia
2. Anaemia.
3. Hyperthyroidism
4. Stress.
So first get done ECG to rule out arrhythmia.
Then get done CBC (complete blood count) and thyroid levels to rule out anemia and hyperthyroidism respectively.
If all of the above are normal then mostly she is having stress and anxiety.
And burping is also seen in stress.
So ask her to avoid stress and anxiety. Be relax and calm.
