hi
I read carefully all your concerns and I would like to ask:\
do you have fever
do you have diarrhea( with blood)
do you have pain after defecation.
meanwhile I would suggest to go to ER to be examined with:
blood work
anus scope
You are loosing blood so you need specialized treatment.
with regards to colonoscopy, if it was side effect form mucosa laceration it would start immediately after colonoscopy and not after 10 days.
wishing you fast recovery
