What Could Frequent Urination Indicate?

i need to wee a lot more than usual and often in the night. I am male 35yrs old and having to go to toilet twice over dinner last night a colleague mentioned he had noticed and he had recently been diagnosed with prostate cancer after same happened to him. He is in his 60's.

Hello.Frequent urination in a male 35 years , the most common cause is urinary tract infection.
Prostate cancer in male 35 years old is unlikely.
Go to your doctor.He will collect a sample of your urine,he will realize rapid analysis and if urinary tract infection is confirmed ,he will prescribe an antibiotic.I wish you good health.
